User send notification to SuperAdmin

Is it possible to include some call in the user's files folder so that it notifies SuperAdm when it finishes loading rather than single emails to expensive file? I need to view user files when it finishes loading. Between creating the new folder and it finishes, it may take several minutes, so the upload option in folder…
