How to find your License Key
Depending on where you purchased the product, follow the steps below to retrieve your activation code.
Purchased on Veno Store
If you bought your product directly from our official store, your key is available in your private dashboard.
- Navigate to the “Licenses“ section.
- Copy the alphanumeric code assigned to your purchase.

Purchased on CodeCanyon (Envato)
If you purchased via CodeCanyon, your key is called a “Purchase Code” and is found within your purchase certificate.
- Log in to your CodeCanyon Account.
- Hover over your username and click on “Downloads”.
- Find our product, click the Download button, and select “License certificate & purchase code (text)”.
- Open the file and copy the “Item Purchase Code.”

License Management
1. Understanding “Lifetime Usage”
All our licenses (both Veno Store and Envato) are perpetual. We do not use a subscription model that “kills” your software.
If your update period expires:
- Software: Your currently installed version will continue to work forever on your server.
- Updates: You will stop receiving automatic updates, new features, and security patches.
- Support: You will lose access to our direct technical help desk.
2. Moving your License to a new Domain
If you need to move your product to a different URL, you must manage your active installations through our dedicated license portals. Please note: licenses cannot be deactivated from within the product’s own admin panel.
To free up an activation slot for a new domain, visit the management page corresponding to your purchase:
- Veno Store Licenses: Manage your active domains at veno.es/shop/license.
- Envato (CodeCanyon) Licenses: Manage your active domains at veno.es/updates/licenses/.
Simply remove the old domain from the list, and you will be able to activate the product on your new site immediately.
3. Why go “Extended”?
Designed for freelancers and agencies, the Extended License allows you to manage up to 5 different projects with a single license key. This significantly reduces your cost per project and simplifies license management.

1. How many sites can I activate with one key?
It depends on where you purchased the product and which license type you selected:
- Envato (CodeCanyon) Licenses: Valid for 1 final product (one domain/installation).
- VenoStore Standard: Valid for 1 final product.
- VenoStore Extended: Valid for up to 5 final products.
- VenoStore Lifetime (Standard or Extended): Same domain limits as above, but with permanent access to new versions.
Why should I register my product?
Registration validates your purchase and enables automatic updates within your WordPress Dashboard or the Administration Backend of your script. This ensures your installation remains secure, bug-free, and compatible with the latest PHP versions
Can I upgrade my VenoStore license?
To switch to a different license tier, you can cancel your current plan from your account dashboard. Your existing license will remain fully active and valid until the end of its current billing cycle. Once it expires, you can simply purchase the new license type (e.g., moving from Standard to Extended or Lifetime) that best fits your needs
Does one license cover subdomains or staging?
A single license covers one production installation. However, we allow usage on localhost or development subdomains (e.g., dev.yourdomain.com, test.local) for testing purposes. These staging environments do not count toward your activation limit.
What if I bought on Envato? Do I have to pay again?
No. Envato licenses include Lifetime Updates. You will continue to receive updates through the Envato ecosystem without any recurring payments. VenoStore’s annual plans are an alternative for those who prefer direct support and flexible multi-site options.
