Allow Delete and Rename files permissions to non logged Guests

Dear Veno team, I tried following the discussion here: http://veno.es/support/discussion/23/let-simple-user-upload-files But doesn't seem to be working, how can guest able to upload/rename/delete files ? (no login) Thanks
