Broken image icon appearing instead of template

Hi, great plugin! Unfortunately it stopped working on my site this week, and I can't seem to figure out why. Everything else loads properly (including the carousel images), but the template image shows up as a broken link. And clicking on the carousel images doesn't do anything. My site is here:…
