Every paid license includes access to the plugin, automatic updates, and technical support for the duration of your active subscription. The number of allowed installations varies by plan; therefore, we recommend checking the individual product page for specific details.

Do you offer a refund?

Yes. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on any initial purchase if the software does not perform as technically described and our support team is unable to resolve the issue. However, please note that refunds are not granted for renewals or a simple change of mind.

Can I use a plugin on multiple sites?

It depends on the license tier you choose. Specifically, each product page lists the available plans along with the corresponding number of allowed installations to help you find the right fit.

Is there a free version I can try first?

Administration Previews

Understanding the management side is crucial. We provide this in two ways:

  • Interactive Backend Demos: For many of our standalone scripts, we offer a functional administration preview. You can log in and navigate the dashboard to explore all the features; please note that for security and stability, some actions (such as saving settings or modifying system files) are disabled in the demo.
  • High-Resolution Screenshots: Where a live backend demo is not available, we include comprehensive galleries and step-by-step descriptions on the product page, walking you through every configuration option and setting.
What does support cover?

Support covers technical issues directly related to the plugin or service functionality as shipped. However, it does not cover customizations, conflicts caused by third-party plugins, or general WordPress assistance.
