Multiple upload with thumbnail generation problems

When I load several images (with more than 5 uploads) with more than 5mb each, everything happens well until the thumbs are generated. At this point an error "Invalid JSON response" appears and searching in the console the GET request is pending and nothing else happens. Only after reloading the page, the thumbnails appear…
