Upload fails/remains at X Percent

Hello together, Actually i have installed a second copy of VFM3 on my Server. The first one is running fine but the second one has upload-problems. When a user uploads a file the progress bar remains at 95% and never finishes. Under the tmp-directory i can see, that some chunks are created. The CPU load remains on ~100%…
