add [Send] / [Close] button in "Notify Users" window

Hello~ Is there any way to add a [Send] button in the "Notify users" pop-up window, after choosing users' emails and typing message. The reason behind this is that there is no [OK] or [Confirm] to close the notification window. Thank you for the great support, Chih
